You can see the heartbeat of a Trás‑os‑Montes village coming together to celebrate. Young people, local organizations, and residents weave their gestures and intentions into one. Every helping hand, every shared smile, every small detail reveals a bright spark of the future.

The celebration is born from encounters: from a culture that reinvents itself, from heritage that is honored, from an environment that is cared for. It is a festivity woven from many voices, where the entire community becomes both author and guardian of the moment. In the image, you can feel that nothing happens alone. We lived inside a rural area of Portugal one of our best experiences. We visited very ancient buildings called “pombal” where hundreds of pigeons are still living.
